Amazing view even from the bathroom we can see Assisi in the distance.
Everything is new and clean but the room was quite inconvenient, noisy from the stairs and other rooms. If you are taller than 170 cm don't book the room in the top flor, low ceiling and a massive wooden beam over the bed is a head sock. (although when l complained I got a buttle of vine )

Firstly the location and the views - panoramic 360 degrees, with Assisi nestling in the hills. Secondly the friendly and warm welcome, with offers of coffee, prosecco, and snacks. We dined on the terrace and had a wonderful home cooked meal with their own wines.
